Job Title Hardware Application Engineer - Power Delivery Network (4 ~ 6 months contractor)

Location South Korea - Seoul
Job Function This position is responsible for supporting the customer requirements for QCT's chipsets. The role requires assisting customers with PDN(Power Delivery Network) simulation for customers board design, current consumption measurement, and interfacing closely with internal engineers are some of the key activities in this position.
Skills/Experience Experience of Hardware schematic/layout design and strong debugging skill with PCB boards
- Familiarity with layout design tool such as Mentor/PADs, etc
- Experience with Mobiles test equipment/tools such as Oscilloscope, JTAG-debuggers (T32), etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter
Responsibilities - Support Qualcomm chipset customer for design-win projects
- Help customer engineers to check whether the impedance on power lines is acceptable
- Help customer engineers to check voltage droop on the boards with core frequency changing
- Measuring/comparing current consumption data
Education Requirements - BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or BS. / MS. candidate in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering preferred
