Skills/Experience
-Fluent verbal/written English skills
-Min 2-3 in the Telecommunications industry specifically wireless telecommunications supporting operations for a large corporation working experiences
-Customer Service oriented - Strong people communications skills with people
-Must have the ability to interface well at all levels.
-Will be educated to college/ degree level or equivalent in a related field
Advanced level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint desirable
Responsibilities Training & Organization Development
*Training Resource Management
-Monthly new audio/video document report getting from Agile to global CE
-Monthly customer training resource download trend report to CE Leads
-Training recording assistance for Japan/Taiwan/Korea
-Training audio quality check and request to SW/HW Techpub for customer release
-Check Training resource DCN information upon request.
-Customer Training documents download troubleshooting.
*CE Business Tool Training
-Assist New Hire account set up and provide CE basic business Tool Training
-Conduct Korea/Japan CE training for new features of CE systems.
-Customer Training for QCT CE case management system.
*Customer Training Coordination
-Project Leading working with Engineer originator for Agenda setup.
-TL80 coordination for document posting/document printing/download instruction for customers.
-Working with regional secretaries for logistic area.
-Customer Feedback evaluation summary after Training.
-Recording assistance for follow-up customer training in regions.
*SURF/FFA DA role
-Approve Korea/Taiwan/China/Japan SURF/FFA/DD orders (including CE, Sales& Marketing, QRD dept)
-Edit all demand class orders upon request
-Help requesters for high allocation needs and delivery.
-New OL & FY update for forecast demand
